Brian Kuser has been the Director of Education since 2013. Prior to that he spent his summers as the Summer Camp Director at Fernbrook and his winters teaching high school math. Brian has also spent time at Keewaydin Summer Camps & Environmental Education Center and Hulbert Outdoor Center.

Reginald founded Back to Natives Restoration in 2005, and he is the current Executive Director. Reginald was the chief landscape designer for the "Costa Mesa Green Home," which is certified 'Platinum' by the US Green Building Council's (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®)
