Midwesterner that fell in love with the west and outdoor education. I've worked for public lands for the past 15 years (NPS & BLM) and love what I do. I have the opportunity to provide outdoor education to youth throughout western Oregon.
How might we flip the conversation on climate change from a focus on the causes and consequences to a focus on solutions? How might we enable people of all ages to have better conversations and get into action? I created a climate solutions game as a tool to help do just that.
I develop environmental and geographic education resources and programs - related to mountains, seas, and everything in between. Currently I'm focusing on citizen science and the vast possibilities for teaching and learning, in particular iNaturalist, Debris Tracker, and camera trapping.
