I have worked as a wildlife educator at Northwoods Wildlife Center, a small non-profit wildlife rehabilitation and environmental education facility since 2012. I am currently a graduate naturalist at Wolf Ridge ELC in Finland, MN for the 2021-2022 school year!

MinnDNR educator and Project Learning Tree coordinator 2001-present; MAEE board member 2003-2010, Naturalist. Interests: working with preservice, preschool, and inservice teachers, teaching outdoor classroom management skills to teachers in school forests, lesson writing, enhancing nature play areas

Dr. Irene Porro is the Director of the Christa Corrigan McAuliffe Center for Integrated Science Learning at Framingham State University. She is also the lead of the MetroWest STEM Education Network, a member of the STEM Learning Ecosystems Community of Practice.
