Peace! My name is Diamon. I am the founder and director of Black by Nature- an organization whose mission is to elevate Black joy and environmental literacy through naturalist training and storytelling. I consider myself an "adventure naturalist" and love to explore the world w/ a science lens.

I am the Education Coordinator at the Maryland Coastal Bays Program, a Natioanl Estuary Program located in Maryland. As Education Coordinator, I support and provide meaningful opportunities for our watershed residents and visitors to gain a deep understanding of their surrounding environment, with the ultimate goal of inspiring environmentally responsible decision making.

Midwesterner that fell in love with the west and outdoor education. I've worked for public lands for the past 15 years (NPS & BLM) and love what I do. I have the opportunity to provide outdoor education to youth throughout western Oregon.
