I currently work as a Sustainability Associate working with school districts to lower their utility consumption through data monitoring and behavioral education.

My life passions revolve around zoos/museums/science centers/nature centers, diversity and civil rights work, and outdoor education and recreation. I love science, nature photography, mentoring LGBT youth, climbing, camping, hiking, SUPing, and anything outside.
Sarah Sheldon is a lead teacher at the Chicago Botanic Garden Nature preschool. She serves as the Professional Development Advisor for the Northern Illinois Nature Preschool Association and is the Team Lead for the Professional Development Committee for the Council of Nature and Forest Preschools.
I am currently in an academic administration role at TCU (recently at TAMIU), and previously served as director of the Murray State University Center for Environmental Education. I am interested in global EE issues, with a focus on EE in Japan and East Asia.
