I have worked in the Environmental & Outdoor Education fields for the last 20 years, in different capacities and locations around the country. Currently I take year-round nature programs to Marinette County residents of all ages and hold several special education events each year.
I've been working in sustainability for over 20 years, have been at AASHE since 2009, and Executive Director since 2015. I'm passionate about transforming higher education to ensure all students are able to implement sustainability solutions in their careers and doing so with justice at the center.
I am currently the Assistant Director at the Wild Friends Program at the University of New Mexico School of Law. In this unique program, students help draft legislation on a wildlife conservation issue and work to pass it in the New Mexico State Legislature. We empower students through advocacy!
