Does your drinking water contain traces of someone else’s birth control, antibiotics or heart medicine? When we dump drugs down the drain, they contaminate our groundwater so I created WI P2D2 (WI Prescription Pill and Drug Disposal) and have helped collect over 1,500,000 lbs of drugs so far.

My passion to protect nature began at an early age. Over the years I've created films with environmental themes and most recently established a website that combines those films with lesson plans I've designed to be used by teachers in the hopes of getting kids more connected to nature.

Sophie donates, maintains, provides and educates young children, their families and teen volunteers on the importance of organic sustainable gardening at 22 low-income pre-schools and shelters to teach youth to respect and improve the soils-utilizing every renewable resource that nature provides.
