I am an environmental educator, researcher, and sustainability professional dedicated to bridging the gap between science, education, and on-ground conservation. My journey began in conversation with genetics research, where I explored conservation challenges at a molecular level. While I was fascinated by DNA sequences and evolutionary patterns, I soon realised that real impact lies beyond the lab – in communities, classrooms, and policy discussions.

This realisation led me to work at the intersection of climate education, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable development. At the Centre for Environment Education (CEE), I develop educational programmes and engage youth in sustainable practices, furthering my commitment to environmental conservation. I have collaborated with organisations like UNESCO, UNICEF, UNEP, Rainforest Partnership, and CoalitionWILD, integrating climate resilience and environmental and sustainability education into learning frameworks. My experience spans curriculum development, youth engagement, and policy advocacy, ensuring that environmental education translates into tangible action.

Currently, I focus on creating climate-conscious education models, training young leaders, and shaping sustainability programmes that empower individuals to take meaningful action. Whether it's through mentoring youth, leading workshops, or contributing to global sustainability initiatives, I am committed to fostering a generation of changemakers who see conservation not just as a concept but as a way of life.

Recently, I was selected for the CoalitionWILD EXCELerator 2023 programme and Oxford School of Climate Change, where I honed my leadership skills, and I volunteered with the Svadhyaya Youth Organization, training juniors on sustainability and co-creating the "Svadhyaya Peer Sustainability Guidebook - 2021".
