Previously, I worked as a seasonal Utility worker/educational helper at Elk Knob State Park (NC Department of Interior). Within this position, I was able to clean park facilities and to serve guests through educational programs. Through this unique experience, I have been able to learn the In and Outs of working with the NC Department of the Interior through the NC State Parks program and hope to continue this passion this summer with Virginia State Parks.
