Earth Education International (EEI), Costa Rica has developed a 'Sustainability Assessment Inventory (SAI)'.  The inventory is an attempt to document internal initiatives related to sustainability, and serves as an operational guide for our organization.  It includes a list of our most important sustainability efforts to date, organized by category and item, and the principal benefit of each (social, economic and/or environmental).
