Rethink Outside™ Fellowship
The Rethink Outside™ Fellowship is designed to support, connect, and elevate an intergenerational group of leaders and storytellers of color working to connect people with nature and the outdoors. The 6-month fellowship is an invitation for Black, Indigenous, and people of color to draw on their own experiences and enhance their communications and leadership skills.
From October 2021 - March 2022, fellows will engage with peers through customized opportunities to build community, co-create, and access resources for more impactful communications that will bring new allies and funders to support their work. They will receive skill-building trainings, a mini-grant to use during the fellowship, connections with leaders in the field as mentors, and more.
Qualified applicants who cannot be supported with the fellowship experience (due to resource limitations) will be invited to select events and offerings through the Rethink Outside™ Fellowship to build community and positively impact all interested applicants. All applicants are invited to join the Rethink Outside™ community to access resources and events.
To learn more about the fellowship, join us for a Q/A webinar on August 10 at 2 pm EST. Registration is required. Please submit questions ahead of time here.
Please share this opportunity with your network by using this communications toolkit.
