The ACT on Health Equity Community Solutions Challenge

AstraZeneca recognizes health starts in our homes, schools and communities. The ACT on Health Equity Community Solutions Challenge is designed to support non-profit organizations positively impacting the health of underserved populations through regional and local community-based programming.
Applications will be accepted in two categories:
Community health and wellbeing: community-based programs to improve conditions that affect health and well-being (e.g., housing, education, environmental/ neighborhood safety, nutrition, access to care) and; programs that prioritize the social, cultural, and linguistic needs of underserved patients, caregivers and families
Youth STEM education and career readiness: programs to build knowledge and skills in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math among K-12 or undergraduate students
Total contribution: Contributions of up to $25,000 per organization will be provided as a one-time payment to be used over a 12 month period.
The ACT on Health Equity Community Solutions Challenge is open for all eligible 501c organizations in the US delivering regional and local community-based programming. This includes local chapters of national organizations.
