Environmental Education in Teacher Preparation Showcase

Join fellow teacher educators from across Wisconsin to be a part of an ongoing statewide network to advance environmental education in educator preparation programs (EPPs). In this one-day workshop you will experience hands-on activities and get resources that embody best practices in environmental education to use in your courses!

 

Event Details

When: Tuesday, June 10, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Where: Mead Wildlife Area Education Center, 201517 County Rd S, Milladore, WI 54454

Cost: $25

 

Registration includes lunch and a one-year membership to the Wisconsin Association for Environmental Education (new memberships only).

Space is limited, register as soon as possible, but no later than May 23, 2025.

Apply to be a presenter by May 1 and receive a $250 stipend payable upon submission of a completed project (limited to 8 presenters). This workshop is hosted by the Teacher Educator Network for Environmental Education (TENFEE) planning team, part of the Wisconsin Association for Environmental Education, and in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
