Summer Institute for Climate Change Education

The 14th Annual Summer Institute for Climate Change Education will be in Washington D.C., co-hosted by the Lowell School, and with support from the NOAA Climate Office, August 5-7, 2019. Join a network of teachers from across the country dedicated to bringing climate change education into Humanities classrooms! Content will be focused on grades 6-12 teachers in social studies/ELA/political science/environmental studies subjects.

Registration is $150 and there are scholarships available to waive the registration fee. Apply now. Educators will receive 20 hours of continuing education and there is option graduate credit available for an additional fee.
