Leib J. Kaminsky works with nonprofit social justice groups and conservation organizations assisting them in building partnerships in the community. He currently consults with MobilizeGreen and Eshel. He is on the advisory council for Avodah (a Jewish Social Justice organization that places interns with local poverty groups), and the MARE Board of Nature Bridge, mentors’ local students through George Mason University Hillel and University of Michigan School for Environment and Sustainability, and serves as Senior Vice President for the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Society. His consulting firm focuses on developing career pathways for recent college graduates.
He received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Environmental Science and Master’s Degree in Environmental Education from the University of Michigan, and has worked with urban youth in the outdoors for more than 30 years
In his free time, he monitors Blue Birds for the state of Virginia, plays competitive volleyball across the country, and mentors young conservation professionals on their journeys.
