I am deeply committed to driving sustainable change and empowering the next generation of environmental leaders. As the author and Project Manager of Solar4Future+ (€250,000, EU-funded), CLIMACT (€400,000, EU-funded)  I built and lead a consortium spanning six European countries — Latvia, Italy, Türkiye, Spain, Romania and Croatia — combining STEAM education with Community Science Projects to make solar energy accessible and engaging for students and teachers alike. Building on this success, I identified the opportunity to scale our work further, which led directly to CLIMACT (€400,000), a larger, eight-partner climate education consortium including the Technical University of Munich — expanding our climate literacy work from school-level into higher education and reaching students across a wider European network.

As Co-Founder of the Innovation and Digital Development Association (IDDA), I built our organisation and partner network from zero across 15+ countries, personally securing more than €2.5 million in funding to date. Beyond IDDA, I have authored or managed more than 20 international sustainability and education projects across 34+ countries, collaborating with universities, municipalities, NGOs and youth groups on climate change, energy transition and green job access. I currently serve as Project Manager at Höfði Horizon (Iceland), managing six concurrent EU-funded programmes, and as Senior Advisor at Easysustainability (Italy), mentoring emerging professionals on funding strategy and green career pathways.

My academic foundation grounds this work: I hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Bari, with a visiting research period at Imperial College London's Tribology Laboratory, and my Master's thesis, "The Environmental Impacts of the World Energy Transition: The Role of Raw Materials Mining," examined the resource trade-offs of the global shift to renewable energy. I was selected as one of ten global experts to author the resource-management chapter of the BRICS Youth Energy Outlook 2024, and I serve as a WSA Youth Ambassador and Online Jury member, evaluating digital-impact solutions across 182 UN member countries.

I have been honoured to be selected for numerous competitive fellowships, including the Mercedes-Benz beVisioneers Fellowship (currently advancing Farmlign, my climate-tech venture), the Melton Foundation Global Fellowship, the Student Energy Fellowship, and the One League Fellowship with Stanford Online. I am also affiliated with the UNESCO Global Youth Community, The Climate Initiative, and Echo Change as a Global Change Ambassador, contributing to youth-led climate advocacy and education initiatives worldwide.
