After 30 plus years in mediocre corporate jobs obtaining mediocre success, I decided to return to my passion of education. Having eraned an MBA on top of an Bio/General Science Education degree I have spent one year as a sub before taking a full time teaching job at a charter school serving at risk high school students. In the transition process I have had to re-fresh my teaching license and obtain the necessary alternative education add-ons. All this while growing my skills of classroom management and relationship building skills with students who have not had over all positive educational experinces in traditional environments.
