Supporting Nonconforming and Transgender Youth at Outdoor School

Multnomah Education Service District (MESD) and Outdoor School understands that those things best studied outdoors are often best experienced when students can live in the outdoors for an extended period of time.  Since gender nonconforming students often experience discrimination, harassment and implicit bias in their daily lives, MESD and Outdoor School makes it clear in their operational policy: All students do belong and are welcome.
