NAAEE's Monthly Webinar Series: Bringing New Ideas and Innovation to the Field of EE

We are launching a monthly webinar series on eePRO as part of NAAEE and Cornell University’s EECapacity initiative (Expanding Capacity in Environmental Education)! In the past year, we have made ambitious, targeted efforts to provide our members, Affiliate Network, and other EE professionals with access to a wealth of quality resources, professional development and training, learning opportunities, and engagement and visibility through an online community web portal.

We seek to support professional development, strengthen the field of environmental education, and share innovative practices from across the country and around the globe. To help facilitate these goals, we launched eePRO, an online platform for environmental education professional development, in January of 2016.

In addition to the wealth of quality resources, networking opportunities, professional development, training, and more, eePRO offers monthly hour-long webinar sessions. These webinars will be on topics of key interest to environmental education professionals in formal and nonformal settings that will help raise the bar on the quality of EE programs, expand the scope and reach of environmental and social movements, and improve the way we communicate about our field.

We have some fantastic speakers lined up and plan to host webinars the 4th Tuesday of every month, with some flexibility. The webinars will be hosted on WebEx, and we will post registration links to participate as the dates draw nearer.
