Capacity Building Opportunities with Center for Diversity & the Environment
The Center for Diversity & the Environment is pleased to be partnering with NAAEE for a third year on the ee360 training and capacity building program. We’re delighted to offer opportunities to help you and your organization increase cultural competency and become more inclusive and relevant to the diverse communities in which you work.
CDE will be offering two 3-day capacity building trainings and/or strategy development sessions in diversity, equity and inclusion. Applicants can choose from two different formats, depending on needs and previous engagement in equity training.
- Equity Engagement & Strategy Process (EESP)- This facilitated process supports the development of an organizational diversity, equity & inclusion strategy/tactical plan, building capacity and a strong foundation in transformational change in the organization.
- Building the Foundation: For those who are embarking upon diversity work, this course is part of a dynamic and rewarding journey. Diversity & inclusion work is not swift: it is an iterative process of awareness building, information gathering, analysis, vision development, planning, and action. There is no magic shortcut to the challenge & opportunity before us!
All program costs are covered by ee360. Complete the application if you are interested in one of the 3 day engagements with CDE in 2019:
