Communities in Nature Webinar #5: Evaluation on a Shoe-string
Kate Measures, Heritage Insider
Friday, 11th November, 2016 4pm - 5:20pm (GMT)
To get better at what we do we need to evaluate our activities and programmes, but often botanic gardens, museums and other informal education sites do not have the time, or funds, to implement effective evaluation strategies - or so they think!
Join Kate Measures, of Heritage Insider, who will make you think again about evaluation at your organisation.
With case studies and practical advice, Kate will show you how to creatively embed evaluation into your everyday activities and help you to find low cost solutions to important problems. There will also be plenty of time for you to ask questions and get advice catered to your situation.
Kate has been helping to create inspiring visitor experiences in the visitor destination, culture and heritage environment for over 14 years. Kate has worked in key heritage and environmental learning roles for Leeds City Council Museums Service, the Royal Geographical Society, the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority and the National Trust before starting her own consultancy in 2007. Outside of work Kate is a keen kick-boxer and loves to cook.
With best wishes,
