Topics in the book include:  Why is the climate changing?; Studying climate change; Is it true?; Effects of climate change; and How can we stop the effects of global warming. Examples of topics covered include photos of  bubbles of air in ice and why scientists study ice cores, air pollution in a city, coal being extracted in Russia, and a collection of solar panels in Italy. Overall, the book has excellent information in an easy-to-read format.  The one issue with the book is the term global warming. This book's copyright is 2017, so it is a current resource.  There are colorful pictures, typically on every other page, to engage young readers. Young students will enjoy this book, especially the end where it discusses ideas for young readers to help slow the effects of climate change.
