As we are faced with the challenges of adapting to a changing climate, it is vital to inspire students to think about their role in taking action for the environment. Solar One, a New York City nonprofit environmental and sustainability education organization, works with students and educators to make an impact in the classroom and beyond with the Green Design Lab (GDL).

The Green Design Lab curriculum explores climate change and guides teachers through innovative ways to teach climate change in the classroom and helps to turn students into advocates for sustainability in their schools and communities.
