The SOC is the largest university-operated environmental center in the world. Located 57 miles from the main campus on a 240-acre tract in the center of Stokes State Forest, Sussex County, and part of the College of Science & Mathematics. Offering programs for elementary, middle and high school groups, workshops for teachers, and Graduate Fellowships and Internships.
