Network Climate Action: Scaling Up Your Impact

Many of us want to do something about climate change, but individual actions can feel inadequate in the face of the looming crisis. In the Network Climate Action: Scaling up your Impact online course, you will learn what the latest research says about how to scale up your individual actions through your social networks. You will choose a climate action you take yourself and apply social influence research to persuade your family, friends, social media followers, or other social network to also take that action.

In this course you will:

  • Use the Drawdown list of 82 climate solutions to identify climate actions you can take
  • Interact with other participants and experts to develop an action plan for implementing your chosen action
  • Implement that action within your social network
  • Share your progress with our online community

Participants who complete the course are awarded a Cornell University certificate (PDF).

Cost is $60 (strongly encouraged). We accept students who are only able to pay less or who are not able to pay.
