I’m dedicated to supporting individuals and leaders to live Soul-aligned, purpose-driven lives, grounded in authenticity, guided by inner truth, and deeply connected to the natural world.

My work sits at the intersection of purpose, leadership development, ecological consciousness and systems change. I believe that when we live in integrity with who we truly are, recognising our belonging within the larger web of life, we not only thrive as individuals but contribute to the emergence of a regenerative culture that serves both people and planet.

As Associate Director and Lead Teacher at the Purpose Guides Institute, I guide participants through our flagship online 'Purpose Discovery Program', helping people around the world uncover their unique life purpose and align it with the work of cultural and ecological regeneration.

In 2022, I founded SoulNature, a South Africa-based initiative offering nature-based mentorship, 1:1 purpose guiding, in-person group rituals, workshops, Work that Reconnects programmes, and a 6-month purpose discovery journey. I support individuals to navigate life transitions, connect to their deepest truths and purpose, remembering what they’re truly here for and living from that place.

I also collaborate with Animas Valley Institute to bring nature-based soulwork and eco-awakening programs to South Africa , weaving together deep ecology, psychological wholing, and mythopoetic rites of passage.

Together with partners, we are the guardians of 300 acre piece of land in South Africa's garden route, home to indigenous forest and many species of birds and other animals. We are currently clearing invasive alien species and reforesting, with a vision to creating an indigenous corridor along the Bitou River valley. We are in the process of developing Anima Terra, a nature retreat where we can offer nature-based programs and a range of educational activities.

My background spans 20+ years of working with individuals, teams and movements across Africa, the UK and Asia, from social enterprises to NGOs to community leaders, all working at the leading edge of social and ecological transformation. In my earlier career, I was deeply involved in shaping the global social enterprise movement, and remain passionate about systems change, alternative economic models, and values-led leadership.

At the heart of all my work is a deep trust in human development, and the belief that when people remember who they are and why they’re here, they become powerful agents of change for their communities and the world.
