SMT is a small, tight-knit organization with 3 full-time employees, and we are looking for an experienced Trail Manager to join our growing team! A significant amount of the work completed on SMT trail systems is performed by community volunteers, and in the 2026 field season we anticipate hosting approximately 40 volunteer events.
