I am a graduate student at UNCW and am focusing on Environmental Education and Interpretation. I will also be working towards a Master's in the Arts of Teaching at the middle grades level. I am an environmental education enthusiast committed to helping people connect with the natural world in meaningful, accessible ways. I love going to the beach, surfing, and just being outdoors.

I currently serve as the Community Outreach and Education Intern for the City of Wilmington Stormwater Services. In this role, I design and deliver hands-on educational demonstrations for middle school students, create outreach materials, and support marketing and public education campaigns related to stormwater, water quality, and coastal resilience. This experience has strengthened my skills in informal education, science communication, curriculum design, and audience-centered interpretation.

Academically, I have completed extensive coursework in environmental science, coastal systems, and environmental education. My research and class projects have included case studies on coral bleaching in Palau, analysis of socio-economic impacts of environmental change, and the design of inquiry-based and arts-integrated learning experiences for children and adolescents. I frequently apply place-based education, guided play, and artful thinking strategies to make environmental concepts accessible and engaging.
