Key Responsibilities:
• Leading the ASAF sport for development impact strategy globally
• Creating sport-based education and empowerment pathways for transformative, rights-based social change which unites partners towards an integrated vision of sustainable development
• Overseeing the full implementation lifecycle of ASAF sport for development projects
• Researching, designing and developing sport-based social interventions and policies
• Synthesizing insights to understand the opportunities and barriers to creating equity through sport and education, and driving participation in ASAF programs for marginalized groups
• Overseeing the process, decision making and execution of local government, schools and community relationships
• Developing donor funding strategies
• Managing all key project stakeholder relationships
• Engaging project partners with aligned objectives to implement ASAF programs and partnerships
• Overseeing all aspects of ASAF program management, impact reporting and donor partnership management
