Over this past summer I went to Treehaven UWSP for six weeks of field experience. Each week I got to learn and practice different aspects of natural resources such as small mammal trapping, telemetry, electro fishing, forest surveying, and much more. I also have experience in habitat restoration through manual labor such as using a chainsaw, pulling invasive plant species, and applying herbicide. Throughout my time at UWSP I have also had the opportunity to be involved with group projects and small research projects for classes in my major.
