I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science in 2006. For nearly two decades, I have been a riding instructor, horse trainer and barn manager. I have extensive experience caring for animals and educating clientele on riding theory and practical applications of dressage training.
With the changing state of the country and the continued threats of climate change, I feel like environmental education is more important than ever. I have two young daughters and I want to do my part to make sure that the world they inherit is one that has been taken care of. Because of my experience teaching riding lessons, I am a capable communicator and educator. While I do not have direct experience in environmental education, I am determined to learn as much as possible so I can educate future generations on how to to best care for this planet.
