I’m a Small Animal Science student at Delaware Valley University, working toward a pre-vet path. I’ve had hands-on experience in animal care through internships, zoo work, and veterinary settings, and I’m especially interested in wildlife, conservation, and how education can connect people with animals and the environment. I’m always excited to learn, share ideas, and meet others who care about making a difference.

Outside of my classes at Delaware Valley University, I’ve been lucky to have some really fun and meaningful experiences that mix my love for animals, kids, and teaching.
I work as a seasonal vet tech assistant at an emergency animal hospital, where I help care for pets when they need it most. During my zoo internship, I created an educational game called “Whose Poo is Whose?” where kids guessed which animal left which scat. It turned into such a fun way to spark curiosity about wildlife.
I’ve also spent a lot of time babysitting and teaching swim lessons at my local campground. Watching kids gain confidence in the water is one of my favorite things. This past summer, I applied to 11 vet schools because becoming a veterinarian has always been my dream.
I really enjoy connecting people, especially children, with animals and nature in ways that are hands-on, creative, and fun.
