My career began in Health Science (Specialized Honors), where I built a strong foundation in human physiology and preventative health. From there, I trained in Functional Nutrition and Exercise Therapy, working directly with clients to restore health through practical, lifestyle-based interventions.
I later served as an Instructor at the Institute for Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, teaching adult learners applied nutrition and integrative health science. Teaching sharpened my ability to translate complex science into clear, usable education.
Five years ago, our journey shifted toward regenerative agriculture. What began as study became full immersion in animal husbandry, pasture systems, food production, and operational farm management. Today, Lightfoot Farms cares for 100+ animals and operates as a living classroom.
As Founder of Lightfoot Farms and Kingdom Kin Homeschool Co-op, I design structured, farm-based educational programs integrating agricultural literacy, applied science, math, literacy, leadership development, and stewardship. Our offerings include homeschool instruction, educational camps, and agricultural tours—each delivered with clear objectives, safety protocols, and measurable skill development.
My work now sits at the intersection of health science, agriculture, and experiential education—raising capable, resilient young leaders equipped with real-world competence and moral clarity.
