I have a background in local community development, agriculture and environmental science research and educatipon, and higher education administrative servicesl, with 7+ years of progressive project management experience in all phases (grant writing, implementation, monitoring, close out, post-mortem and lessons learned evaluations) in domestic and international, multi-year, multi-million dollar projects.
