Over the summer of 2024, I interned with the Schiele Museum of Natural History in Gastonia, NC. I worked on their farm, creating programs and doing daily hands-on education with guests. This allowed me to get familiar with environmental education as a whole. I enjoyed working in education so much that I got a job with the Daniel Stowe Conservancy as an Environmental Educator over the summer of 2025. I worked with hundreds of children over the summer, doing everything from nature walks to fishing for invertebrates in the pond, as well as program editing and design in the background. I look forward to continuing my studies and work as an educator in the future!
