Each summer, the Blue Theology Mission Station in Pacific Grove, California, welcomes and hosts church groups from throughout the nation to visit Monterey Bay for a one to five day camp and residential experience that focuses on Christian stewardship of the ocean, its inhabitants, and resources. The Blue Theology Director works with church groups to develop programming for their visits and to arrange logistics for the group during their stay. In addition, the director participates in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Blue Theology program as well as other duties as assigned.

We are a progressive Christian congregation that for the past 15 years has invited hundreds of teens and adults to learn about and practice how our faith informs and encourages us to care for God's creation, especially the ocean. The Blue Theology director must share our faith and our commitment to this ministry.
