I hold two MA degrees in English from University of Rochester and North Carolina State University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

My core competencies include skill development, talent development, and teacher training. I am certified in talent development through ATD, and I co-chaired the Center for Excellence & Innovation in Teaching & Learning at Summit School for two and a half years. I am passionate about supporting organizations in meeting their learning and development needs, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and dynamic teams. My mission is to inspire curiosity and responsiveness in my students and colleagues, and to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
