Our Semester Instructors and Expedition Leaders are responsible for facilitating an immersive learning experience for their students, both in and out of the classroom. In addition to on-campus teaching, instructors also lead several multi-day sea kayak expeditions on the coastal waters and remote beaches of South Eleuthera each academic year.

Visiting Programs Interns support our visiting education programs. Primary responsibilities include assisting with delivering outdoor education programs for middle school, high school, and university students at the Island School. This position requires the ability to work long hours with a close-knit group of peers and live in an isolated community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to get valuable experience in organizing and delivering experiential learning programs.
