The NMFS-Sea Grant Joint Fellowship Program in Population and Ecosystem Dynamics and Marine Resource Economics places Ph.D. students in research-based fellowships that provide support for up to three years. Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship provides a unique educational and professional experience for graduate students interested in ocean, coastal and Great Lakes resources and policy decisions affecting those resources. Fellows are matched with “hosts” in the legislative and executive branches of government for a one-year, paid immersive policy experience in the Washington D.C. area. Applications are due on February 19, 2021 to local Sea Grant programs.
