Calusa Nature Center and Planetarium (CNCP) is an organization focusing on the care of non-releasable rehabilitated wildlife, environmental education, astronomy, and ecological well-being in SW Florida. The Naturalist/Environmental Educator’s (EEC) primary responsibilities include designing and implementing CNCP’s educational and interpretive programs, networking within the community, & assisting with operations at CNCP’s museum, planetarium, and animal care (including snakes and raptors).

The Summer Camp Instructor will help design and implement camp for campers from 1st-9th grade, featuring themes ranging from birds to food webs to outdoor survival to environmentally friendly DIY and art projects. This position runs from May 18th to August 8th 2020, with potential for continued school-year employment.
