The Camp Educator (CE) is a seasonal role, 40-hour work week, 8:15am – 4:15pm Monday through Friday for the season, June 20 – August 26. The CE is primarily responsible for the daily execution of the camp programs and activities and the supervision of campers aged 4-15 years old, depending on the assigned age range. Camp educators are expected to contribute collaboratively to the development of camp activities and are given creative freedom to direct the experience of campers in their group.
The Camp Director (CD) is a seasonal role requiring full time commitment from late May through Labor Day, and part-time commitment (5-10 flexible hrs./wk.) for certain weeks in the winter/spring. The CD is responsible for directing and overseeing the daily activities of camp, supervising staff, managing enrollment and parent communications, and fostering a safe and fun camp environment. The CD reports to the Education Manager and works closely with the Lead Camp Educators.

We are hiring camp educators to join our stellar team. Camp educators lead a pod of campers age 4-14, facilitating environmental education, crafts, sports, and other activities. Camp educators contribute collaboratively to the development of activities and are given freedom to direct the activities of their pod as they help campers discover the magic and beauty of the 2,100 acre Crane Estate.
The Trustees maintains over 350 miles of trails and has a reputation for hard work and high standards. Focusing primarily on sustainable trail construction and maintenance projects, the Trail Specialist works as part of a statewide team to protect, restore, and enhance our trail resources and systems, the environment, and visitor experience through high quality trail work.
