Join us for a Summer to remember! Camp Colman is situated on the Case inlet of the Puget sound, with views of the Olympic Mountains and opportunities to see Harbor Seals and other marine life! YMCA Camp Colman Summer Camp Cabin Counselors will be responsible for a cabin of campers, lead activities such as archery, rock climbing, boating, crafts, and campfires
Coordinates in-field aspects of spring wilderness based programming from September 1st through October 21st, 2022. This includes all trip logistics and the physical and emotional safety of participants, while engaging them in rock climbing activities. Climbing instructors may also lead other programming for BOLD & GOLD, including backpacking, hiking, mountaineering, and paddling.

YMCA Camp Colman Outdoor Environmental Education Program Instructors will prepare lesson plans, teach classes in marine science, forest ecology, outdoor wilderness skills and challenge education, facilitate the low/high ropes course and climbing tower, and lead activities in the marine center and touch tank, and beach.
BOLD & GOLD is seeking a motivated, organized, and flexible Partnership Program Director who shares our commitment to the outdoors, youth development, community building, and cultural humility. The primary responsibilities of this role are the implementation of single-day and overnight outdoor programs including backpacking, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, and snowshoeing.
