The Camp Director is directly responsible for the direction and day-to-day operations and successful implementation of all summer camp programming, as well as our week-long February and April vacation week programs and teen programming throughout the year. He or she works with an Assistant Camp Director and an administrative assistant to hire and train over 80 seasonal staff, develop and implement camp and teen programming, ensure the safety of our campers and staff.

Mass Audubon is seeking a full-time Climate Change Program Coordinator to be based in Lincoln, MA; a key staff position that will implement and refine Mass Audubon’s Climate Literacy strategy as outlined in our Strategic Plan, facilitate ongoing sharing of best practices in climate change education among our wildlife sanctuaries and support community-based advocacy efforts that promote climate change solutions and action.
