Position's primary responsibilities include recruitment of elementary schools to attend day and overnight science camp, marketing, staff recruitment and training, and program development and implementation. Desired: Strong program background and previous experience working with adults and children in camp environment.
The Irvine Ranch Outdoor Education Center is looking for a motivated, energetic, and detail oriented candidate to serve as our Program Lead for Leadership and Recreation Activities. Primary responsibilities include programming, staff scheduling, training, equipment control, and customer service. This position will be responsible for managing 60 or more program staff and area leads. Staff member hired for this position will be required to live on site and available for weekends.
