Bookworm Gardens seeks a team-oriented, energetic, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Education Coordinator to coordinate the Summer Camp Program, co-teach in the Nature Preschool Program (Nature School), and lead other Early Childhood Programs. If you have a passion for nature-based learning and children’s literature, enjoy interacting with a wide range of community members (especially children age 2-7), and are motivated by creative brainstorming curriculum development, this is the job for you!
Bookworm Gardens seeks a Garden Education Intern to join our department for the 2022 summer season (June - August). This position assists with the implementation of the Garden’s educational programming; primarily focusing on the Summer Camp Program and Youth Internship Program. This position is paid. College-aged learners can apply for academic credit if applicable.
The Education Specialist at Bookworm Gardens assists with the development, implementation and evaluation of the Garden’s summer camp and field trip programs. The Education Specialist will work collaboratively with staff to create a holistic curriculum for the Gardens and nurture an innovative environment relating directly to our mission. 20 hours per week, May - October + some additional hours November - April.
