The Montana Audubon Center Director is a professional staff position based in Billings, Montana. The Center Director is responsible for the administrative, facility, personnel, and operational needs of the Center, which operates as a program hub within the education division of Montana Audubon. The Center Director is also MA’s key liaison to the local community – working with public and private partners to implement and grow a sustainable, high performing community-based education program.
The Summer Camp Preschool Instructor is responsible for the implementation of hands-on, nature-connected education at our 54-acre site, adjacent to the Yellowstone River. The Summer Camp Preschool Instructor must be comfortable leading and managing up to 8 preschool-aged campers in the outdoors and helping them connect with the natural world.

Participant ages range from Kindergarten to 9th grade, divided into age-specific groups. Summer Camp Teacher Naturalists must be comfortable leading and managing groups of campers in the outdoors and helping them connect with the natural world. June 1st to August 10th, 2021
Nature education doesn't get better than in the big-sky state. Both 8-month (March - Nov) and 3-month (June-Aug) positions available, and both 30-35h/week and 10-25h/week (depending on programming). Located in Billings at the Montana Audubon Center.
The Montana Audubon Center's Fledglings Nature Preschool recently expanded, and we're looking to fill out the team for the 2019-2020 school year. Position is part-time, afternoons, M-F, 20-25h/week. Our preschool program is play-based and 80% outdoors. As Fledglings is one of a variety of nature education programs at the Center, additional work in other program areas is available. Starting date mid-August, open until filled. Possible permanent position after first year.
