The Emerald Cove Outdoor Science (ECOS) Institute provides 3, 4, and 5-day residential outdoor education programs for 5th and 6th-grade students from throughout Southern California. The ECOS Instructor is the most important facilitator of the student experience.

While base camp is close to several towns and to all of the advantages of civilization, you’ll enjoy the thrill of living in a remote, natural area, with fresh air, clean water and the chance to connect with the natural world.

The Media Coordinator will live and work in the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains of Southern California, capturing photos and video of students and teachers as they enjoy a week-long outdoor experience at ECOS Institute. Videos and photo libraries are then developed and shared with clients, on our website, and on various social media. Compensation: $400-$460/week; meals and housing provided during program operation; subsidized weekend and holiday housing available
