This position will be part of the Community Services and Education Division (CSE). CSE is responsible for reducing the impacts of waste through education, technical assistance, and partnerships. The person in this job will lead the Recycling Information Center (RIC). The RIC includes a fully staffed call center as well as a suite of online (website, social media, and email assistance), print and media services including outreach with television networks.

Metro is hiring for Seasonal Park Workers with Parks and Nature. If you love talking to people, working outdoors and have some experience or interest in customer service and grounds maintenance, you might be a great addition to our park operations team as a Seasonal Park Worker. In this position you will play an important role in our commitment to maintaining safe and welcoming destinations where all visitors feel welcome.
As a Compliance Program Coordinator you will ensure that authorizations for garbage and recycling facilities are processed appropriately; that public notices, hearings, and comments are conducted without error; and that authorization files and records are accurate and well-maintained. You will also track and record facility inspection data and complaints, generate monthly report(s), and ensure that standard operating procedures for the position and the team are current.
