The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources currently has openings for Conservation Wardens across the great State of Wisconsin. At this time we plan to fill at least 15 permanent vacancies. Additional vacancies will be identified throughout the hiring process and will be located statewide.

The goal of the Youth Conservation Congress (YCC) is to effectively engage, educate, and involve youth in the management and protection of our natural resources and foster a conservation ethic through participation in the program. The YCC teaches participants about natural resource management and careers through a variety of service-learning opportunities, the process by which Wisconsin's natural resource policy is determined, and the role and history of the Wisconsin Conservation Congress (WCC)
The Department of Natural Resources is hiring a Natural Resources Educator LTE at the Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center!
Horicon Marsh is the largest freshwater cattail marsh in the United States! The Wildlife Education Program has been conducted at the marsh since the mid-1980s. This program focuses on the abundant wildlife resources of the marsh, their ecology and applied management.
