The Environmental Educator develops and implements creative and educational programs for our guests. The position will manage special events, on-site engagement efforts, and support outreach efforts. This position will be fully responsible for planning and executing seasonal
camps, as well as managing seasonal camp staff.
This position develops and manages the Volunteer program, including the application of the vision, goals, policies and procedures, and recruitment, orientation, and retention of volunteers. Provides oversight of program operations in order to ensure an exemplary volunteer experience at all levels and departments within the organization.

The bird presenter and trainer conducts entertaining and educational programs for our guests with live animals. The position will conduct animal shows for the public/schools in a professional way that speaks to expert animal handling, training skills and stage presence. This position assists with free-flight show, resident bird care, and the creation of formal curriculum-based programming.
